Couldnโ€™t fit my whole workout into a 1 minute clip, but hereโ€™s a few things I did. โ€ข

I tried elevated hip thrusts today for the first time. They are WAY more difficult for some reason. ๐Ÿ˜ I couldnโ€™t do my normal weight by a long shot with that variation, but I like to try new things, and it was definitely a challenge. โ€ข
