Videos don't lie πŸ™…πŸ½ does anyone else find their hamstrings are REALLY weak? Like I swear I think I'm doing great on the rest of my leg day then as soon as I do a hamstring exercise I struggle with the weight πŸ˜©πŸ˜‚

My current physique... no booty poses hence the hip dips!! I get quite a few messages from girls asking how to get rid of hip dips πŸ’” everyone has them!! Obviously some have more prominent than others but you should love them and build muscle around them! πŸ’–

2. I'm 5'2" and I'd love a growth spurt
3. I've had my belly button pierced 3 times... twice it's rejected on top WOO and once on bottom which is going strong

5. I drink EVERYTHING through a straw...tea, coffee, anything

Throwback to pool snacks trying to cure our hangovers 🀒 (this was not a good cure but at least it looks good)

For people asking, I am 5'2" (shawtyπŸ˜‚) and approx 58kg (I don't really keep track of my weight) ✨ I have always had wide hips (giving the curvy appearance) but I do work hard for my bodyπŸ’ͺ🏼if I neglect the gym I notice a BIG difference in my body. I am lucky in a way that whatever weight I put on goes to my legs/bum but it used to give it a saggy appearance...training my glutes has lifted my bum giving me more of a 'shelf' 😝 I train legs/glutes 3 times a week at the moment! And I'm so sore right now 😍 hope this helps πŸ’–
