Sunday session done 💦 I get a lot of DM’s asking what my work out routine is or if I’ve had work done to enhance my lower half and the answer is I haven’t. I’m naturally bottom heavy and I’m 5’1 so most of my weight goes to my lower half, especially my hips (I’m sure you noticed how I wear a lot of high waisted clothes, that’s because it accentuates my body type best). I do work out about 4 times a week. I don’t do any hard core cardio, I get my cardio through jumping squats and things like that. I do crunches for stomach and a ton of leg and glute machines with heavy weights (and I mean heavy) as well as resistance bands and squats with the barbel also with heavy weights. I don’t try to loose anything so I just focus on building & maintaining. This is what has worked for me over the years and I get asked a lot so I figured I’d share.
