I havent posted a progress pic in awhile, but I just turned 30 & feel pretty darn good!
Recap - I've always been athletic but I was always skinny mini, little muscle. This was NOT over night, or a month, this has been a little over a year! Stop believing everything you see and wanting what you dont have! Work for yourself! Make your own goals... Everyone has a different build, I've been working out usually 5 days a week (I try) I also changed up my routine again! So now I do 3 Lower Body Days/ 2 Upper Body Days, I do about 10 min of cardio every other day & Ab Workouts the other days! I'm seeing changes so I feel like I'm going to stick with this for a bit. Just an FYI... Don't be afraid to change your Workout Routine, adjust what works for you, I've also been working on my form during workouts and mind-muscle connection 💭
And yes that is my puppy Kodi that is blended into the rug, he is always a photo bomber 🐾
