Intensely checking out my own gains 😂😂😂😂😂

The past whole month I have been pretty caught up with work. Iv been travelling a lot because of work as well .
-
I barely get to train two times ( maximum 3 times ) a week .
I occasionally go for a jog if I get some time .
-
I train at random hours of the day , eat at random hours . I do not track my nutrition or follow any macros any more .
-
I had never imagined that I would reach this place in life .
-
I was a guy who used to carry a food scale around to ensure that everything was always on track . I always made a record my workouts and was extremely persistent with my protocols.
-
However , today I want to talk a little about PRIORITIES .
-
One year back , with an extremely heavy work load , I managed to keep everything on point because my physique WAS A PRIORITY.
-
Today , I have decided or feel that it is not a priority anymore .
-
Is this an excuse ?
HELL NO!!!
-
I still slog my ass off and hit the gym really hard whenever I get time.
-
However , as of today
I CHOOSE TO INVEST MY TIME IN MY WORK INSTEAD OF MY BODY .
-
I used to be the person telling people that if they can't take out 1 hour a day for the gym , they are just making excuses .
-
Today I realise and accept this learning .
1. If you can't take out 1-2 hours a day 3-5 times a week.
2. You do not put in the effort to keep your nutrition on point .
-
Then making a great physique is JUST NOT A PRIORITY.

And it's COMPLETELY FINE IF ITS NOT A PRIORITY.

People will judge you regardless . It's your decision to make regarding what matters and what makes you happy .
