I remember when I first started my fitness journey I was so confused about nutrition!!!! 🍫🍿🍩🍮🎂🍕🥙🍖🥞🥓🥔
-
It seemed like there were a million videos and articles to study, but they all said different things. I had no idea who was right or what I should do.
-
Around this time IFFYM (If it fits your macros) had started becoming popular. I remember thinking...dang eat what you want and still get shredded? This must be to good to be true.
-
So at 18 I took what little money I had, bought a iifym diet plan and put it to the test. For 4 months solid I didn't mess up one time. I wanted to see if this was the real deal and if I could sustain it. -
🔥🔥FINAL RESULTS🔥🔥▶️ 220 lbs. at 15-20% BF to 180 lbs. at 4-6% BF
-
I remember how ecstatic I was to learn I could eat foods I enjoyed and loved, while still being lean and feeling good. It was like a whole new world had been opened up to me.
-
A lot of you out there struggle with the same thing. You're trying to decipher who is right and who is wrong. You've tried 100 different diets but you're just not getting the results or living the lifestyle you want. You're on the edge of giving up.
-
DON'T GIVE UP. The answer is closer then you think. If you're struggling with your diet and know you're ready to solve the mystery of how it's possible to stay lean while enjoying foods you love...then hit the link in the bio and schedule a FREE call. Let's talk about it 🙏🏻

Who's your role model? COMMENT their name below. I do look up to @therock! Who's yours? 💪

If you WANT big biceps DON'T train them so freaking often.
-
I see guys come in and throw down 100 sets every other day trying to get bigger.
-
Guys....REMEMBER growth is about a balance between work and recovery. Your bicep is a teeny tiny muscle. You don't need to do a lot of work for them to grow.
-
Focus on your big muscles (back, chest, legs, shoulders) and your main lifts (bench, deadlift, and squats) and you WILL get bigger and stronger.
-
I do 6 sets of biceps in a week total. But because I focus heavily on my back they still grow plenty big.
-
You have to understand how training works if you want to maximize your progress. Gone are the days of reckless training and 3 hour lifts.
-
Not only is it counter productive but who wants to live that way?
-
My way promotes flexibility, balance, enjoyment, less workouts, and more food you enjoy. What's the point of a six pack if you hate your life when you have it?
-
If you're ready to get maximum results while eating what you love, and working out efficiently and quickly...hit the link in my bio to schedule a free call and see if we'd be a fit 👌🏻🙏🏻

Care about others more then you care about yourself...ironically by doing that those same people will do anything for you.
-
Don't worry about anything else besides trying to impact people's lives. You'll get everything you want in the end if you truly care and want to help.
-
BUT BE GENUINE...people can smell a bull shitter a mile away.
-
If you're miserable focus on others. You'll become much more fulfilled 🙏🏻

TAG your role model!

I've always believed in doing as a form of teaching. In fitness, it's really hard to change people when you don't practice what you preach. Always grateful to be in an industry where I try to help impact other people's lives 👊💪

Sorry for the lack of video content lately guys. I've been traveling and working out on odd schedules and w/o my normal partner. Should get more later this week.
-
One thing I've learned over the years is that having the most hardcore program doesn't equate to much.
-
The best training programs handle workload and recovery optimally. Train to hard to frequently and recovery fails. Future workouts suffer and you'll burn out.
-
Not enough work and you won't grow and see results.
-
THE GOAL is to get as much results for the LEAST amount of work. I can say once I figured out the right balance for me the weights and strength started going through the roof.
-
Today I got 5x4 at 405 lbs.
-
Could I go heavier? Sure. Would it help? Nope. Once you stop trying to impress others and just do what's best for you (in all aspects of life) you'll start seeing your best improvements.

If you need help with your programming make sure to set up a FREE consultation with the link in my bio

There seems to be a huge misconception in today's world that things will get easier after an event or struggle passes. That's a bunch of BS 💩

🔥Got home last night late from a flight
🔥Got into an argument
🔥House is a mess
🔥No food is in the kitchen 🔥I'm sick and don't feel well
🔥Only slept 5 hours
-
People use these excuses all the time to justify not doing something. The truth is LIFE NEVER GETS EASIER. You simply get better at handling all the issues. Anything worthwhile takes tons of work.
-
🔥Relationships
🔥Making 💰
🔥Abs
🔥Better job

People act like "oh I'll start when this is over." No start now because it won't be any easier to start later then it is today.
-
Society has it all backwards. Stop waiting for the perfect day to come, they don't exist. Get on with it and make it happen. Whatever you're struggling with only you have the power to fix it. The universe and everyone in it can't save you, so stop waiting for them to.
-
Tips you need to implement to make sure you do what you need to do on a daily basis.
-
1️⃣ Make a schedule. If you have a schedule and follow it no matter how bad you feel you'll always get consistent results.
2️⃣ Be grateful. I need to be better at being thankful for my blessings. It will put you in a positive mood and set the tone for the day.
3️⃣ Ask someone else about their day and be interested in their life. I am way to self absorbed sometimes and am working on being better at listening to both my clients and potential girlfriends about what they care about. If all you worry about is yourself you'll be miserable. Care about others and life will get better.

I am NOT the coach who supports taking tupperware with you to outings and only eating chicken and veggies ❌❌❌🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️
-
However it is good to have basic foods you get at the grocery store every time you go. That way no matter what your calorie goal or fitness goals are at the moment you always have some healthy foods that will fit into your goals. Some of my go to options are.
-
1️⃣ Chicken OR a lean meat
2️⃣ Spinach and/or mixed veggies
3️⃣ Fat free cheese. Everybody ❤️s cheese
4️⃣ Low calorie BBQ sauce and ketchup (I use sugar free smokehouse BBQ sauce)
5️⃣ Pickles in case I get super hungry it gives me something to much on
6️⃣ Eggs and egg whites
7️⃣ Herbal tea to use before bed
8️⃣ La banderita low carb tortillas (Only 11 carbs and 6 grams of fiber per tortilla. Will save your life!)
9️⃣ Mushrooms for omelettes and eggs
🔟 Oatmeal & Strawberries 🍓 -
Obviously I work in treats and go out to eat, but this is the bulk of my grocery haul whenever I go. What are some things you like to eat on a regular basis? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

TAG A DOG 🐶 LOVER

Mines half pit/half Australian shepherd ❤️

What kind of dog do you have? ⬇️⬇️

Let's talk about EXCUSES 😩😩😩
-
Everybody has one.
-
I was late because...
I slept in because...
I overate because...
I can't afford it because...
I'm still fat because...
I'm still broke because...
I'm still single because...
-
In the past I would try to be politically correct and try to play both sides, but I'm starting to learn people will hate you either way so might as well say what you think.
-
FUCK your excuses
-
Either take responsibility and learn that every good and bad thing in your life right now is YOUR fault or be a cry baby victim your whole life. If you're gonna take credit for the good things then you also have to take credit for the bad things.
-
If you want something bad enough you'll find the time and/or the money. I've seen "broke people" get the new iPhone every year without fail, but won't spend a dime on learning a new skill or personal progress.
-
If this post offends you then good, prolly means you needed to see it. If you wanna change then change, nobody is in your way but yourself.

What do you think about these results? 😎
Hope everyone is starting off Monday well! Excited to show you more videos and trainings coming this week when I get back to a normal schedule 😬

Why is online training better you ask? Well besides having someone watch your actual workout in person (which accounts for 10% of your results anyways. Diet is #1) You get way more attention to detail, access to me, and accountability systems. Here's one of my former clients and their experience with me.
