A few days late as I didn't want to take the thunder away from big brother on his birthday but this little nugget was 7 months old on Monday!!! He is growing so fast but is still such a peanut definitely the tiniest of my three babes. He is more comfortable sitting unassisted and is starting to move in positions that will soon turn into rocking back and forth to prepare for crawling. He loves all food and just shovels it in whenever we put it in front of him! He has zero teeth and is the sweetest and gives the best gummie kisses! Can't wait to see what he learns nextπŸ’•

My sweet boy is 4 years old today!!! Like how is that even possible! He is the sweetest most loving little guy I've ever met!!! Watching him grow has been such a blessing and watching him become a big brother this past year was even more rewarding then I could have imagined. This little guy πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’• those baby blues win me over every time! I love you so so much Corbin happy birthday!!!!

Today I took progress pictures since we ended phase 1 on Saturday and started phase 2 of 80 day obsession today.
I weighed in and took my measurement and you guys I'm completely blown away! 9.2lbs down and 9.75 inches gone!!! This is the first time I've stuck to the nutrition part of a program this long without making some type of exception.
This is the first time I think I have ever eaten this much food and had a veggie with every single meal.
This timed nutrition has helped me feel much more organized with my day instead off feeling a hot mess 100% of the time I only feel a hot mess about 50/50 nowπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
But overall I feel so much stronger, my mind feels so clear and I'm so thankful I decided to cut the crap, throw in the towel and try this program out the way it was written even tho is scared the crap out of me that I couldn't do it with a 6 month old while breastfeeding!
But sometimes what scares us is the exact thing we need to do to get us where we need to go and here I am with a 6 month old, happily breastfeeding and rocking this program!
I can't wait to see what the next two phases bring!!!!

Day 21-25/80 done! I've been sharing most of my journey through my instastory and keep forgetting to post to my page but here it is.
I know I really wanted to share what's changed for me and what I love about this program so far so here's a little bit! Tomorrow's work out is the last work out from this phase and then we move onto phase 2. Phase 2 brings a whole new set of workouts!
Something I've loved so far about this program is that everyday even tho u may be doing the same workout move its different because it's not the same ole video day after day. These workouts were filmed over the course of 80 days (not including rest days) so something new everyday has been awesome!! Something I can't help but share is how different I feel! Aside from the first few days of feeling sluggish, I have felt the best I felt in a long long time. Like crazy amounts of energy and motivation to do things I was just to tired to do before (this goes back to even before becoming pregnant). With timed nutrition It's kept me more productive throughout the day because I have to stick to a timed scheduled thus allowing me to go to bed at night with a clean house vs waking up to a dirty one. Which is such a nice feeling.
Next week I'll go more into depth about how exactly my eating habits have done a 360. This is something that's has transformed even my mindset which has been huge!! Happy Friday everyone!!!

Day 20/80 done this morning!!! ThT means I am a quarter of the way through this program and I can't believe we r almost done with phase 1. Today's workout I almost completed while the little man napped until the very end and I had to snuggle him up! It's crazy to think that by the end of this program will both be different in a way,he will have learned a new task like maybe starting to crawl 😭 and I will have a whole new out look on my health all the way around! I love that I will be able to look back at these photos and watch this little guy grow with me!

Day 19/80 done! You guys I can't believe that week three is almost over and we are on to week 4!! It's gone by so fast already! Today's workout was leg day and I completed more than half of this work out with this little babe attached to me talk about a killer leg workout they were on πŸ”₯ when I was done! Next week I'm gonna go into a little more detail about all the changes that I've made over the last 3 weeks and how different I feel then before I started!!! Stay tuned!

Day 18/80 AAA(arms, abs and a**) done later than usually. Thursday's are my grocery shopping days so that throws the schedule a bit but that's ok! That meant I got to workout while little man napped and I got 3/4 of the way through my workout and he woke up for the last part of it!!! Some days it seems impossible to complete these workouts with the kiddos some days I make t all the way through with not interruptions, some days I have to stop 5 minutes in somedays I get have way through and have to nurse and rock Colson to sleep, sometimes I have to stop and get Corbin a drink or a snack, and some days I have them both right with my for parts of it. But honestly I wouldn't have it any other way because some days I wanna quit and if I was anywhere else I would but when they're around they're my constant reminder to keep on pushing and that's what gets me through every time!

Day 16&17 in the books! Yesterday was booty day and man was it on fire!!! I'm determined to get a booty and if this program doesn't give me one then I'm convinced nothing will πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ today was cardio and I ended it with holding my little guy during my cool down! He was being the sweetest and kept giving me kisses!!! And then Corbin wanted to join in on the selfie game 😜Something I realized today is how much stronger I'm feeling and some of the moves I've had to modify the last two weeks today I was actually able to do!!! This program is blowing my mind already with not only how good I feel but how strong I feel already at only 17 days in!!!

Forgot to post yesterday's but don't worry Day 10&11/80 done with my little munchkins cheering me on!!! Feeling stronger each day and the craziest thing to me is all the extra energy I have and how much less brain fog I have! It's amazing what fueling your body with the right foods really does for you and I'm so thankful it's made me realize that how I felt before wasn't normal that this is how I should feel every single day. Makes me excited to keep chugging along to day 80 πŸ™‚

Day 8/80 done! And ya know what even though we aren't that far in I already feel so much different I can already feel small things happening like the more energy I have, the better mood I've been in, how my close are fitting better and all these things in just 8 days can u imagine just how amazing I'll feel at Day 80?!?!

A day late and a dollar short 😜but this little guy was 6 months old yesterday!!! We've been experimenting with food for the last two weeks and he wasn't so sure at first but he's starting to get the hang of it. We've been working on him waving hi, sitting up unassisted and he is starting to get the hang of both! He loves to make little screams of excitement which is seriously the cutest!!! I can't believe he has been here for half a year already and in the blink of an eye we will be celebrating his 1st birthday!
