Fun Fitness Fact about me! 🤘🏼
Balance is key to everything. I don't stress little shit. I don't force feed myself. I eat when I'm hungry. I know what foods are healthy and what are not... I eat a bit of both. 🤷🏻‍♀️
When it comes to the gym, I focus more on weights than cardio but still do both! Balance. 😌
5'3 at 117lbs today. Goal is to stay under 120 for the rest of the year. ❤️
