There’s such a huge difference between these photos. Not just physically, but mentally. In the first photo I wasn’t in a good place and pretty much partied 3-4 days a week & I did love my body but I wasn’t generally happy at all with my life. I worked out all the time but wasn’t doing the right kinds of workouts or eating enough to build any muscle. Once I became more serious about fitness and educated on it I truly started to transform my life in every aspect. I partied less, I started meditation & yoga, and I started to use HEAVY weights. I felt so much better each day that went by & now fitness is something that has taken over my life (in a good way). The gym is literally my happy place. I don’t spend endless hours training & I don’t train everyday. I indulge when I want but I find balance & know how great I feel when I’m eating good. Don’t make it harder than it has to be ! Little steps everyday & you can transform your life too 💕

Do not let ANYONE tell you that you can’t build the body you want in the gym. Of course you can’t magically change your bone structure or genetics, but you absolutely can change your body, grow that booty, tone that tummy etc etc. It isn’t easy & it won’t happen overnight. And it definitely won’t happen unless you BELIEVE that it can 👊🏽

Some people say only to do them bent over but I feel like standing kickbacks are just as amazing and work your booty in a different way! Just make sure you keep your core tight and don't bend your back. Add some ankle weights or do them on a cable machine for added resistance !

Single leg dumbbell RDLs 🍑 Doing single leg movements can help with muscle imbalances. If you have a weaker side, train that side first and make sure you do the exact same reps when you switch legs 🙌🏽 and don't forget to squeeeeeeze ofcourse

The left photo was after a 9kg weight loss. So from about 61kg-52kg. It's funny that I'm almost that weight again now but I look completely different! Muscle weighs more than fat babes remember that (it doesn't technically 'weigh' more but you get the idea 😘)

Workin the booty on the pull up machine. Make sure you push through your heel and squeeze during the entire range of motion! You want to make sure you have a controlled movement with constant tension 🍑

My waist is a lot wider than it used to be since I've had babies so I like to include exercises in my routine that target my obliques to help bring in the sides. Ofcourse I'll never have the same waist as before but these have definitely helped! Make sure you keep your stomach tight but don't hold your breath x
