No one is perfect! Our imperfections make us human 💗 I’ve never been bothered by having some loose skin on my stomach after having my kids because it reminds me of how insanely incredible the human body is!

Ps THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who has downloaded my app 😭💗 you guys have NO idea how much this all means to me I swear whenever I think about it I want to cry of happiness. It’s so surreal having my own app in the App Store I still can’t believe it!! To be getting so much amazing feedback already makes everything so worth it and I’m so happy so many of you are loving it. There is going to be new workouts, programs, and features added constantly and I can’t wait to show you what else we have coming. Some at home booty burners 🔥 I always try to use either ankle weights or resistance bands when doing these exercises at home for extra resistance

On another note, my app is finally available in the App Store! 😭 this has been such a long road and has taken a Lottt of time/effort/money but I’m so happy it’s finally here and I’m so excited and proud of what we’ve created. I will be doing a YouTube video later this week going through all the features in detail. I hope you all absolutely love it and benefit from it! I’ve been using it every day for quite a while now while we’ve been adding the finishing touches and testing it. We are going to be constantly adding more and more content and updates as time goes on so this is only the beginning! Let me know what you think babes! Shoulders is probably one of my fave things to train 🙌🏽 (other than booty 😏) Here are a few simple shoulder exercises. If you have a hard time really activating certain muscles it can help to actually visualise them squeezing and contracting in your mind. Mind muscle connection is SO important but it doesn’t come easy to everyone so just keep practicing !

Squatsss! Squats are definitely not the be all & end all of training glutes like some people think they are. But they definitely should still be a staple of your workout program. There are soo many benefits of doing squats 🙌🏽 They help with overall strength/mobility/flexibility & they work pretty much your entire body. I stopped doing them for a while 😩 so I’ve been trying to gain some strength back & get back into doing them more regularly. Get squatting ladies !

Make sure you’re targeting your glutes from all different angles babes 🙌🏽 did these at the end of my session the other day with light weight & high reps. Ps I’m wearing new @saskicollection releasing soon 😘

Some simple ab exercises you can do anywhere 🙆🏼‍♀️ I’m on a mission to get some more definition in my abs ! I’ve started adding more ab routines into my workouts & ive also just started counting my macros again after a long break. Let’s do this! Exciting things coming to this page soon babes 💗

There’s such a huge difference between these photos. Not just physically, but mentally. In the first photo I wasn’t in a good place and pretty much partied 3-4 days a week & I did love my body but I wasn’t generally happy at all with my life. I worked out all the time but wasn’t doing the right kinds of workouts or eating enough to build any muscle. Once I became more serious about fitness and educated on it I truly started to transform my life in every aspect. I partied less, I started meditation & yoga, and I started to use HEAVY weights. I felt so much better each day that went by & now fitness is something that has taken over my life (in a good way). The gym is literally my happy place. I don’t spend endless hours training & I don’t train everyday. I indulge when I want but I find balance & know how great I feel when I’m eating good. Don’t make it harder than it has to be ! Little steps everyday & you can transform your life too 💕
