So as you know, my 4 month travel expedition is over! I've likely had the most inconsistent 4 months of my life (since I started this journey 10 years ago)! No gym membership, no kitchen, and a lot of pizza and pasta lol. So here is an update for you.
Measurements are all the same (chest 36, waist 26, hips 39). And weight is 146. Prior to today, I haven't weighed myself in 5 months - but I'm up about 5lbs-8lbs from my "norm". I've lost definition for sure, and my body fat is likely up. But overall not bad!
While I was away traveling, I probably averaged 3 workouts a week... often without weights. I used my body weight, bands, and the outdoors. My diet was absolutely rubbish. In certain countries I tried, but overall I'd give it a 3/10. It wasn't good 😣, but it was so worth it!
Overall, you'll see that the damage wasn't awful! I don't feel great, but physically I look okay. I think that's because I've lived this lifestyle consistently for 10 years... 4 months wasn't going to throw me off. So, while I have a big move coming up (see previous post) the next while will be pretty health focused and consistent. I'll have a gym membership!!!! A kitchen!!!!! And I'll have routine again!!!!
