And it gets better y’all... nothing in this bowl is “bad” for you, it’s nothing but nourishment (and a sneaky vegetable)!! When I was still including gluten in my diet one of my favorite “dessert” breakfast cereals was Reese’s Puffs. In fact, during my ~rough~ freshman year of college, Reese’s Puffs were a staple in my diet 🤦🏻‍♀️ the only thing that nourished was my acne, desire to sleep all day, and bloating. Eating well and treating your body with love doesn’t mean giving up anything... but gaining EVERYTHING 👏🏼 How to make your own dessert for breakfast: Cook stovetop 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 c oats, 1/2 grated zucchini (trust me on this one), 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp flaxseed meal, some chocolate plant based protein powder (optional) and a little agave (or honey) until nice and THICK. Top with banana, @maranathanutbutters no sugar no salt added PB, chocolate PB2 and cacao nibs 🥜🍪🍌🍫. I'm on the Zoats again 🙈😂 this time ran out of my Alpro Coconut Almond Milk part way through pouring so added some of the Alpro Choc Almond which gave it this strange colour! Still yummy! Heute schon wieder Gemüseoats aber es ist einfach perfekt für viel Volumen 🙄

Rezept 📝: ▪️35g zarte Haferflocken ▪️100g geriebene Zucchini
▪️200ml Flüssigkeit (ich habe heute 100ml Alpro Kokosdrink und 100ml Wasser gemischt)
▪️Beeren nach Wahl
▪️das wichtigste: Schooooki
Die Haferflocken in einem Topf ohne Fett anrösten und dann die geriebene Zucchini, die Flüssigkeit und Süßungsmittel nach Wahl hinzufügen. Das ganze aufkochen lassen und bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz köcheln lassen. Die fertigen Zoats habe ich mit TK Himbeeren, ein paar Erdbeeren, weißen Schokodrops und einer kleinen 8g Tafel Schoki (Überbleibsel von Weihnachten 😱) getoppt.

I was really hungry after my fasted chest workout this morning (that's why my oatmeal isn't as pretty as usual :D)!
But it was so so delicious!! I think there's nothing better than the combination of apple, cinnamon and vanilla 😋😋
I used 60g oats, 100g zucchini, 15g vanilla protein powder, 10g linseeds and 200ml water and microwaved it for around 2 minutes :) Then I topped it with a ton of cinnamon and one apple 💕🍎
400 calories, 24g P, 53g C, 9g F (oh and I obviously ate one dougnut as well)

After what seems like ages...I finally managed to get my hands on some zucchini🌵 for cheap! 3 pounds for a dollar💰! So I just had to stock up! And that means the Zoats will be making a comeback on my feed🙌.

These are some of my protein kabocha oats made with the usual steamed and mashed kabocha🎃, half a banana🍌, oats🌾, vanilla whey protein powder💐, some chia seeds🎆, and egg whites💪. And how could I forget...a full cups worth of zucchini🌵 that I chopped in my food processor. Microwaved the mixture and that's it💃!

Sprinked some hemp seeds✨ on top and devoured immediately😋.

It is crazy😯 how the sweetness of the vanilla whey protein and banana combine with the rich, creaminess of the kabocha squash to create this crazy yellow cake batter🎂 experience! It is definitely a MUST TRY!

Had a reasonably productive day of homework📝, classes🏃, working out💦, and laundry💫. Tomorrow is another one of my insanely busy days🙇, but the fact that one of tomorrow's classes is cancelled is kind of a relief🙆.
