Sorry for such a long post ๐Ÿ˜‚I would say it's been a long 12 weeks but to be honest it's flown by this time, I can definitely see where the 3 stones gone though ๐Ÿท๐Ÿท๐Ÿท these last few weeks have be really tough mentally but I've smashed every sessions & gave everything I have to every minute of cardio, literally passed out last week in the shower after not sleeping, morning cardio before a long day on low carbs working outside in the sun, then training & cardio, dehydrated and depleted. It would be a lie to say my diets been 100%, I can get away with eating a lot off plan but I've had extra food & cheat meals, one being fairly recent which the coach wasn't happy about ๐Ÿ˜‚ but I'm only human. On the over hand I've had days struggling on low carbs feeling like death to make weight again and drop water and I did put the work in! I've had problems with Work, Money & unneeded stress, everything has an impact but it's how you overcome these problems that determines the end result, I could of thrown the towel in so many times but I'd never quit like that. Anyway boring stuff aside, I don't believe there's anything else I could have done better so far that would make a difference to my final package on show day.. Final stretch last year I was playing catch up and this time I'm actually happy with where were at, not that it will make this last week any easier but I'm definitely not worried and no matter the result I'll be proud none the less ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ

Can't edit a video can ya ๐Ÿ˜œ condition after first meal today, only carbs I get today is 125g rice in my next meal pre workout.. tans doing bits from this weather last week or so too ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ
