🚨Training Tip Tuesday🚨

If you want to improve your bench press, especially if you want to increase the bottom end power of your bench start including these "DEAD BENCHES" to your routine. Eliminating the stretch reflex as you would doing a normal bench press your muscles have to produce more force at the beginning of the movement. This not only strengthens the muscles themselves, but will increase their capacity to be recruited in the stretched position.

Add this to your arsenal when training the guns. This allows you to focus your efforts on just the tricep muscles. Other exercises work the triceps as secondary muscles, such as chest press or push-ups which we will show you in part 2 on Thursday. So guys stop purchasing a size or two smaller and get filling those t-shirts for spring/summer 😅 and females if you've had enough of your arms being the enemy of progress let's start to make it happen 😜💪🏾

Training shoulders more time people often neglect training their rear delts maybe because they don't understand the importance of being structurally balanced. Minimise the weak link in the chain with these incline rear delt flyes and start getting the best out of your workout.
