Do you drink full sugar drinks or diet? 🥤
In ONE can of coke there are 139 calories and 39g of sugar! Diet on the other hand 0 calories and 0g of sugar. You may worry about the aspartame, but we have more to worry about than the aspartame in drinks. Obesity is much bigger crisis. If you can save 139 calories by NOT drinking the full sugar version then do it, especially if you want to lose weight this is the first place to look along with the “healthy” smoothies which are packed with calories (and sugar).
Diet drinks are not the problem, eating too much is the problem and consuming too many calories.
Diet drinks will not make you fat, that is impossible they are 0 calories it is literally not possible to make you fat. Eating too much of ANYTHING on the other hand will cause you to gain weight 💁🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️
