I absolutely LOVE the colourful clothing Tausug women wear... It really just uplifts your mood!! This moment cooking in a local house in #Ipil#ZamboangaSibugay was heartwarming... The raw and real happiness and education we were sharing with one and other was priceless. So many more stories to come about this trip soon on my #BecomingFilipino Fbook page! The #Philippines is so diverse and filled with so many beautiful people! :)
If you are bisaya like me, you will surely wonder why the falls is named after a female sex organ (Bilat). The water level on most part of the river near the waterfall is groin-deep, or "taga bilat" "tagbilat". I got it from the blog of sir @ujalmocera who helped me in my Zamboanga Peninsula Itinerary.
