Just to emphasise, this isn't a cause for concern! Above are some of the factors that may cause body weight fluctuations.

Although the scale is one way to look at progress - it definitely isn't the most accurate way. We would recommend you use different methods such as progress pictures AND measurements. Don't become too obsessive over your weight on the scale as it may change daily.

Make your chest look bigger with these exercises. The incline bench press emphasises on the upper chest, carving out that more rounded look in your pecs. Make sure that your elbows never drop past your shoulders as you perform each rep, and squeeze the pecs throughout.

The fly helps recruit a greater amount of muscle fibres across your chest than some pressing exercises and improves the "mind-muscle connectionโ€. Go really deep on these, getting that stretch. Really feeling that at the bottom of it and squeeze it all the way to the top.

The dumbbell bench press offers some benefits that are not available with other chest exercises and can be used to prime your pectorals for new growth. The main benefit of using dumbbells is that it requires you to engage a greater number of muscles compared to the barbell and machine variant and actually activates the lower fibres of the chest press better than a barbell press.

Lastly is a fairly underrated and forgotten exercise. Chest Dips, Start with as wide of a grip as you can. Drop as low as you can and heave yourself only halfway up while kicking your feet back and keeping your body forward as much as possible. Crush every set all the way to failure

Be sure to add these exercises to your chest workout to build that more bigger and rounded chest. I recommend females increase the rep range between 12-15.
