floor, uncleared sidewalks or running around town with kids, dogs and groceries I will give you the ability to hold your balance and save your butt and back." .
HIIT Class with Samantha March
Monday/Wednesday at 12:00pm
A 50-minute strength and conditioning class for individuals looking to burn fat and gain muscle. HIIT will challenge all levels of fitness from beginner to advance in a fun and encouraging class.
MYo Conditioning Camp with Justin Rempel
Monday/Wednesday at 6pm
This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises into a circuit-based workout to achieve a loss in body fat, increase in muscular size and strength, and both an increase in muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The classes will vary from class to class and will incorporate a variety of different resistance training techniques, body weight exercises, plyometrics, agility drills, and more!
Mobility in the Noon with Samantha March

Get moving on your lunch break to help you feel refreshed and energised for the rest of your day. With the goal of educating, this class will help anyone learn how to take care of their muscles and joints.
