Tonight is avocado night🙌 I made burgers for dinner and forgot to add fresh avocados soo I had to compensate by turning them into bedtime snacks!! While the brownies were baking, I had extra batter and thought it would be interesting to see what would happen if I used the waffle maker. And holy shit. Avocado brownie waffles are ✌legit to quit. #keto
2 medium avocados, mashed 1/2 cup Cacao powder 2 tbsp Peanut butter 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted 3 eggs 1 scoop @optimumnutrition Vanilla Casein protein powder 3 tbsp Sugar free maple syrup 1/4 cup stevia-optional
1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. 3. Grease baking pan, pour batter into portions. Bake for 10-15 minutes. 4. For waffles, add 1/3 cup to heated waffle iron.
