When I was scrolling Instagram sometime last week I came across someone posting about “healthy” and how it’s so perceptive. I wish I could remember who posted about it because it was so good! But it really made me think.
There is SO much misinformation out there. •Fat is the devil. •Dairy will kill you. •Don’t drink smoothies because they’re loaded with sugar. •Organic everything. •Keto, paleo, vegan, blah blah blah!
If there is one thing I’ve learned through out this food journey and if I can give you and advice from that it’s to take everything with a grain of salt. What works for your friend, isn’t necessarily going to work for you.
You need to do the work for your own body and figure out what agrees with you, what fuels you, and what causes problems.
There is no magic answer, diet, or pill. There is no definitive “healthy” food. You need to do the work for your self (or alongside a professional 😉). Don’t focus on eating “healthy” but on eating for you and what makes you feel good 💛
