0.0 m- Alright! You woke up semi early.You have nothing to do today. You can do this. 8 miles! Let's go!
1 m- hey, I'm feeling pretty good today. Bring it on. ••
2m- I love the feeling of running. I feel in my element. I love running!
3m- Good feeling is gone. I think I'll stop at 4 miles. ••
4m- Well, I'm already half way, I may as well keep going. ••
5m-Hey, this isn't so bad. I think I can actually do this. I love running!
5.5m-Ha! Just kidding. I'm dying. ••
6m- 2 more miles. I've already done 6, I can do two more. ••
6.5m-Who am I kidding. Why do I do this? Do I even really enjoy running?
7m- Only 1 more mile! I love running!
7.2m-I'm dying again. I should just quit now. ••
7.5m-If I quit now I'll be mad all day. Just half a mile more!
8m- Done! I'm done! This is why I love running. I love the feeling of accomplishing something I wanted to give up on!
