INGREDIENTS ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’šโ €
1 cup raw hazelnuts plus 1/2 cup extra for inside and outside โ €
3 tbs hazelnut butter โ €
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt โ €
Dash of cold pressed coffee or 1/4 tsp instant coffee โ €
1 tsp vanilla extract โ €
2 cups pitted dates โ €
4 tbs cacao powderโ €
2 tbs coconut oilโ €

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Roll into balls with a hazelnut in the middle of each ball. Roll in crushed hazelnuts. Keeps in the fridge.โ €

I cooked a proper meal after three whole days. In between bowls of sakkara pongal and trays of roasted veggies, stuff like carbs and kadhi were forgotten. But my body reacted properly. The mini passed on her cold to me and I was forced to cook something wholesome and comforting today. On the platter -
Carrot paratha.
Pickles.
A quick kadhi.
Paneer kali mirch with @amul_india paneer.
Bindi fry.
There was also some rice that only I ate. The midget wanted only the chapati. ๐Ÿ˜.

1๏ธโƒฃ 150 g Chorizo od. wรผrzige Salami wรผrfeln.
2๏ธโƒฃ Chorizo in einer Pfanne anbraten.
