I've been a handstand junkie for years, but after practicing and progressing in yoga, I finally clicked with a forearm stand! I feel like I should pretty much just be a yogi at the beach in Hawaii and be a professional inversions specialist by now. 🤦🏼♀️😂
With all the yoga I have been doing, being upside down and all the chatarungas has made my right shoulder a little buggy. And since I am a trainer, I don't get to completely rest it.
So while I have committed to getting upside down and progressing my yoga abilities, I need to take care of myself as much as I can. If you've been watching my stories at all over the past month or so, I've been a regular at @denver_sports_recovery getting chiropractic, stim, dry needling, cupping, stretching, mobility, cryotherapy, and so much more.
