A lot of people have been messaging me about my weight loss and how I did it. Long story short ..... @mikeviruet .
I hired him as an online nutritionist and I got SO much more. He completely changed my life. His customized meal plans cured my iron deficiency and I was able to stop getting expensive infusions. I not only lost weight but I felt great.
I had tried nutritionists previously to finding him and it never work. They gave me some generic plan and said see you in a month, then when you fail at it they tell you “try harder see you next month”. Mike is the opposite, he called me out on my bullshit and held me accountable . It’s like he had a direct line into my brain. Im still not convinced that he wasnt secretly talking to some of my friends getting info (snitches ). Even when I’m not technically his client he checks up on me and tells me to get it together and how to do it.
He will be taking on a few more clients in the next couple weeks, so message him if you are interested.

I like to use this platform to be honest. I’m probably one of the most honest people you could ever meet. So here’s some honesty about my recent struggles.

I’ve been EXTREMELY bored with my workouts. Like the thought of doing them seemed annoying AF to me. (I mean I’ve only been doing the same things for the past two years 🙄) I guess I have a bit of OCD because Monday had to be leg day, Tuesday had to be push day etc etc. & if I was thrown off by my days I had no idea what to do, where to start and I got frustrated and just didn’t work out. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR WEEKS! 😑

My hubby has been telling me I needed to change things up. I needed to learn new movements and change up the style of working out. Well, you know, I’m kinda habitual and the thought of that “big” of a change seemed scary. Learning new movements, doing things I haven’t done before had me thinking I’d have to start all over. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I started a new program today (on a Wednesday too 😬) and YOU GUYS I feel like a whole new person! I’m so excited to learn new things and get better at them. I may have to do assisted pull ups but one day I won’t💪🏻 When I think about where I originally started, I didn’t know how to do ANYTHING, but I kept doing it and got better & stronger along the way.

I also feel so much better having worked out. I’ve been sitting on my ass a lot and I had to make a change. The last thing I want is to regress and end up back where I started. Sometimes we go through some shit, but we are stronger and more capable than we give ourselves credit for.

Sloowwwlllyyyyy getting there 😂 Progress is progress ! 5 weeks ago I went to do a push-up .. and I hit my face off the ground 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s crazy how much strain and changes your body goes through while pregnant. BUT today.. I did 8 push ups .. may not be the 30 I was able to do before Bryson.. but if I keep going ...
