Working out during pregnancy is a hot topic. There are lots of negative and positive opinions. Sometimes complications come up where women should not exercise during pregnancy. I wish every pregnant women was able to!😩It makes me very grateful to be able to workout. Exercising during all my pregnancy’s have been a priority and I have appreciated the health benefits it has given me! During McKenna’s pregnancy I mostly did running, weights, and swimming. While I was pregnant with Ryland I did mostly Zumba, running, and yoga. It certainly wasn’t butterflies and roses during my first trimester with this one 🤮but I’m now at that sweet spot in pregnancy! Zumba and running have been my main go 2’s. Yay for 2nd trimester!
