Today was my last day teaching Zumba at Georgetown Rec Center and I’m going to miss this lady!!!! As an instructor it’s hard to say goodbye to my favorite regulars. 😔She gave me the sweetest card today. ❤️Being a group fitness instructor has it‘s a ups and downs, but the ups are so rewarding and that’s why I LOVE IT!!!!!!😃😃😃😃I get the opportunity to help motivate people and see them transform. Teaching has helped me become a better student in other classes. It feels SO AWESOME to be a part of such a positive factor of people’s day!! I am able to learn and grow by understanding their fitness background and create an environment for all people to come as they are. 😊 It’s so fun sharing my passion for exercise with others in class! 💪🏼🏃🏼‍♀️💃🏼😅🏋🏼‍♀️It helps me to not take myself too seriously and practice getting out of my comfort zone! 🤪I’ll miss ya Susan!

Working out during pregnancy is a hot topic. There are lots of negative and positive opinions. Sometimes complications come up where women should not exercise during pregnancy. I wish every pregnant women was able to!😩It makes me very grateful to be able to workout. Exercising during all my pregnancy’s have been a priority and I have appreciated the health benefits it has given me! During McKenna’s pregnancy I mostly did running, weights, and swimming. While I was pregnant with Ryland I did mostly Zumba, running, and yoga. It certainly wasn’t butterflies and roses during my first trimester with this one 🤮but I’m now at that sweet spot in pregnancy! Zumba and running have been my main go 2’s. Yay for 2nd trimester!
