Our Executive Chef, Scott Cannon has accomplished so much under his chef’s hat under such a short period of time. He assumed the Executive Chef role here at The Cork & Craft at the end of 2016 and has grown into a strong leader and someone to admire in the kitchen. He was nominated for @zagat NATIONAL 2017 30 Under 30 as a finalist, participated in @kaaboodelmar 2017 Rock'n Chef culinary competition and made his way to the finals, and has been featured on @chefsroll for his style of California Cuisine, just to name a few that stand out to us. He’s a driving force here at The Cork & Craft. With Scott being so young at 29, what he has accomplished and what he has yet to take on, we dubbed him with the nickname, The Young Gunna. A beer was even inspired by him made from @abnormalbeerco, “Young Gunna.” A triple hazy IPA, for triple the impact- a true representation of Scott. We support and appreciate Scotty immensely here and we’d like to nominate him for the @eater Young Guns 2018 featuring rising stars in the restaurant industry.
