As I sit here in Cambodia poolside I am reflecting on how I got here. Months and months of very hard work and energy. For me, taking time out to recharge and make space for myself is so important to maintain balance in my life. What better place to meditate then Angkor Wat, an 800 year old Hindi temple in the jungle or surrounded by a thousand shades of green as blue.
I realized that in everyday life, walking around an ancient temple in contemplation isn't always an option for creating balance so we have decided to put together an amazing group focused on 🕉 balance and wellness, in which we have tied in our full holistic 🙏🏻 package. We will be working on mindset and fueling our thoughts with PD, fueling our physical bodies by following PCS nutrition plan using REAL food, then strengthening and stretching with low-impact Pilates and Yoga programs. At the same time fueling our spiritual and emotional bodies with our empowering accountability group.
We are heading into the autumn equinox, a time of transformation 🍂🍁🍃and with it comes a lot of change, new energy, and room to create new, healthy habits 💪🙏🏻. Our goal is to set in place a strong foundation before the holiday madness where it's easy to feel overwhelmed and guilty from over months of over indulgence. Instead, spending time being present, mindful, and healthy with friends and family.
