I’m so SORE 😩 but I’m honestly so excited about getting back to working out regularly, especially getting up early 💤and doing it. It really sets the tone for the rest of the day. Sometimes breakfast has to be sweet. This bowl is the perfect solution!
Fruit of choice, pour over your “breakfast gravy”(melted almond butter, coconut oil, and a little maple syrup), and top with toasted, chopped nuts of choice and chia seeds.
I also usually like to add toasted, shredded unsweetened coconut flakes and cacao nibs, but I’m out!

Recently I became extremely interested in finding out more about my overall health. Being in the health and fitness industry I consider myself quite healthy, I train regularly and I eat very well. However my skin sometimes plays up and my digestion isn’t always 100% I wanted to find out what was happening inside my body and heal myself from the inside out. Did you guys know that when you don’t drink enough water, your body starts to hoard the water and store it between your cells - causing water retention. When this happens, you become dehydrated and your kidneys have to call on your liver for help. When your liver has to help with kidney function, it stops burning fat...and stores it all...in your stomach. 😳

So for a flatter tummy, drink water! At least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces- everyday!
