My first #homecooked beef bulgogi came out just like i wanted it to be. Served white rice and fresh salad on the side. Inspired by #younskitchen.
1. Blend half bawang holland, half pear, 3 garlics & ginger. Mix with 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp brown sugar & 1 tbsp gochujang (or 1/2 tbsp black pepper).
2. Slice meat thinly. Approximately 250gm. Marinate for at least half an hour. The longer the better.
3. Slice the other half bawang holland, carrots & scallion.
4. Panaskan pan with 2 tbsp oil. Masukkan marinated meat. Cook on high heat for 2 mins. Masukkan sliced carrots & bawang. Cook for another 4-5 mins or until the gravy is reduced to your liking. Masukkan scallions and tutup api. Bulgogi done!
