🍮 White choco and peanut butter pudding of @em_fitness ☑ healthy ☑ Without sugars ☑ High amount of proteins. 🍯🍮INGREDIENTES:
250 gr of quark cheese
300 ml of almonds’ milk sugar free
25 gr of Peamix
40 gr of Isoprime
5 gr of Coconut oil
4 neutral gelatin sheets
1 spoon of vanilla
HOW TO PREPARE - We prepare all the ingredients, then we take them to the thermomix or blender and proceed to beat everything.
- Once we have ready our mixture we pour it in a mold, in which we will put the 25 gr peanut butter as base.
- We leave a couple of hours in the fridge, we demold, add our preferred topping and Enjoy!
