80 Days...
It wasn’t easy.
I wasn’t perfect (heck yes, I had cake on my birthday 🎂)
There were days I wanted to quit.
There were days I questioned if it was working.
There were days I tried to convince myself I had “more important” things to do (like a full basement remodel after it flooded)

BUT...
.
I didn’t quit.
I worked through the hard stuff with 40K other coaches, and my own amazing group of friends.
The structure of the program made me more disciplined in every other aspect of my life.
I had more control over my relationship with food.

And
.
I am STRONGER. SO.MUCH.STRONGER! 💪🏼 .
You know something changes you from the inside when you cry like a baby on the last day! Tears were flowing friends! 😭😭😭

Holy day freaking 80 (again lol). This program rocks!! I had to #finishstrong, I kept at my workouts while on vacation and did finish the program. But I chickened out of using the gym so I wanted to come home and do the last week as written! With weights and peak week, and finish the program like a beast!!! Can’t wait till tomorrow to share my results!
This program has taught me so much! I’ve never felt stronger inside and out in my entire life! I’m more confident in who I am now then I ever have been.
I feel like I can take on the world! So much has changed between these two pictures. I was a very angry, hostile person because I was so unhappy with my self, who I was, and my life. I had anxiety, was depressed, and stress ate. Now I'm on a journey to find who I am, what lights my fire, and what it means to live my truth. I have learned SO MUCH about mindset, positivity, love, fitness, and food. I'm beyond pumped to continue my journey!

I gained a lot from #80dayobsession but my biggest takeaway has been the way I treat myself. I promised myself I’d show up every day and give it my all. I promised myself I wouldn’t quit when it got difficult. I made a promise to myself and I KEPT it! I stopped making excuses and I stopped selling myself short.

Last summer I did Insanity Max 30 and could not, for the life of me, do this triangle pushups. It felt awkward and wrong and oh so weak. Today... I did almost all of them during the worked and filmed a video a few times. 💪🏻💪🏻

Getting stronger and bendy takes time, perserverance, drive, determination, gumption, etc. Just because you can't do something today doesn't mean you won't be able to do it tomorrow or a few weeks/months/years from now. Don't stop! Never give up! Never back down!
