Three years ago...when I made a decision to be a coach it was for my personal accountability and my own transformation. We lived on one paycheck and I couldn't afford a personal trainer or any fancy "ready to eat" meals that are prepared for me on a daily basis by nutritionists.
I didn't have much time or sleep but what I did have was a toddler and a newborn and the desire to become the best version of myself. We say, if you really want something you will find the way not an excuse and to my surprise exercising gave me the energy that I didn't have before. The information I had at my fingertips helped me to switch to cooking healthier for my family.
I am very loyal once I fall in love with something, so since day one I was committed to pushing "play" in my online gym and replacing a meal with a shake.
Fast forward until today, I took this picture on the right and I was proud of myself. Often, we don't give ourselves enough credit or praise for hard work we do, we push, we criticize and we forget how far we have come.
To all my mommy-friends who are at any stage of their fitness journey, you are AMAZING, in case you are too harsh on yourself, remember that you are beautiful and it is just the matter of time and your vision for your perfect body.
If you feel like all you need is a person who will guide you and support you along the way, I am one message away. I know it's not easy, but I know how much it's worth it when you feel confident in your own body.
Let's make a lifestyle change instead of jumping from one diet to another and you will never regret it.
