i would like to dedicate this post to steve aoki.
i don't make this post for him only because he made a featuring with bts. i discovered steve during his featuring with louis tomlinson on "just hold on". as an old directioner, i really appreciated this song. and steve is an absolutely amazing man and a really talented dj. but apart from that, he's also a truly caring and present person for people. for those who know, louis lost his mom last year, and steve was there for him and he helped him. even though this song is not yet a year old, i know steve pretty well now. and i know that he's not this type of person who does a featuring with other celebrities only for fame or buzz. he takes the time to get to know people with whom he collaborates and sincerely appreciates each of them. he's a charming man who knows how to appreciate others. he's human. plus, he's a really passionate, adorable and cute man and who exactly knows how to put you at ease. what i also like about him is that despite his featurings with the greatest artists, he's always thankful towards others as well as for the smallest things. in short, he knows how to appreciate things life gives. djs is absolutely not my cup of tea, but since "just hold on", i support steve a lot, and even though most of his featurings are with celebrities that i don't like.
honestly, i'm super happy that bts have agreed to make a collaboration with steve. even if in any case my opinion would have never change anything, i wouldn't have wished better person than steve for this collaboration. and i have no doubt that bts have had lots of fun in doing this collaboration with him. many forget that being an idol and having to record songs is not always a part of fun, but i know that with steve, they have had lots of smiles and laughs and took a huge pleasure in recording the remix of mic drop
