Slowly coming out of my little shell after being almost entirely off social media for close to a month. A couple of exciting + challenging things happened during that time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The most important was my little brother’s wedding! He’s married + I gained a beautiful sister. Aside from being a guest at his wedding, I was also honored to photograph his wedding. While it all went by too fast, it was a beautiful day for our family.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Another thing that happened just three weeks before my brother’s wedding is, I injured my lower back again. Long story short, I literally could not walk, sit or move for close to two weeks. Even the slightest cough proved to be a challenge. It was + has been one of the most painful experiences in my life thus far and I don’t wish that type of pain on anyone. I am beyond thankful for my chiropractor + physical therapist for getting me back on my feet just in time for my brother’s big day! So, friends + fellow photographers: take care of that precious back.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ll be sharing a couple of photos from my brother’s wedding these next few days. In the meantime, here’s this moment I captured while 2nd shooting for my beautiful photographer friend, @annamarksweddings.
