Yogi Barre after-math 🍑🔥💥... 😴😃💙 These balls and bands may look pretty and harmless upon first inspection... These classes are broken down into 1/3 pilates based exercises, 1/3 yoga fundamentals, 1/3 Barre. The core intention is to activate and understand how to internally stabilise and support yourself (pelvic floor, core, glutes, all that sweet hip stability stuff)... to be able to apply it to your yoga practise... then to get deeper and feel and apply it up on your feet.
