#MicroMeditations pt. 1 .
My solution to living a more centered life. .
If you're already familiar with centering practices like yoga, meditation, tea ceremony, etc. and they resonate with you and enhance your wellbeing but still feel sometimes "out of balance," here's my solution. .
Often times there's a dichotomy between our "normal" and "spiritual" lives where we spend "X" amount of time (usually < an hour) in harmony, finding our centre and a majority "X" amount of time in chaotic or even slightly unbalanced lives. .
If we want a truly centered life, it does not require more time or even more effort, it simply requires better planning. .
Instead of having one set time to centre at the beginning or end of your day, introduce 2 minutes or 10 minutes of "micro" meditations throughout your day, interweaving both lives, the spiritual and normal, and creating more harmony. If you're thinking "I don't know how to meditate," or "how can I do this from, work, at home, fill in the blank?" These mini or micro meditations can take place anywhere, at anytime, safely, and effectively, in surrounded by your chaos. It's simply a choice. .
