I spent the last week teaching yoga in Cuba and what an experience. I taught people from around the world and it was eye opening. I also learned a lot along the way. Not everything went right and there was a moment when my sense of ease and flexibility was tested. What I learned is that when we step outside our comfort zone, everything is terrifying. I learned that if you can let go of any sense of control, things just work themselves out. I can't wait for the next adventure.

Another week, another challenge. At this point I'm my own biggest challenge. I can't seem to find the right balance between movement and rest. It's been 5 months since surgery and I'm so ready for it to be over.
