மூட்டு வலி நீக்கும் யோகக்கலை (Knee Pain Cure Yoga) - உட்கட்டாசனம்
செய்முறை:
விரிப்பில் கிழக்கு நோக்கி நேராக நிற்கவும்.
இரு கால் பாதங்கள் சேர்த்து வைத்து கொள்ளவும்.
இரு கைகளையும் ஒரு அடி அகலத்தில் முன்னாள் நீட்டவும்.
கை விரல்கள் வானத்தை பார்த்திருக்கட்டும்.
மெதுவாக ஒரு நாற்காலியில் அமர்வது போல் மெதுவாக உடலை கீழே கொண்டு வரவும்.
சாதாரண மூச்சில் இருபது வினாடிகள் இருக்கவும்.
உங்கள் உடல் எடை முழுவதும் குதிகாலில் கொடுக்கவும்.
பின் மெதுவாக சாதாரண நிலைக்கு வரவும்.
இது போல் மூன்று முறைகள் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
பலன்கள்:
இரு கால் மூட்டு, கால்களுக்கும் நல்ல ரத்த ஓட்டம், வெப்ப ஓட்டம், காற்றோட்டம் கிடைக்கின்றது.
மூட்டுகள் நன்கு பலப்படுகின்றது.
மூட்டை சுற்றி இருக்கின்ற சைனோவியல் என்ற மூட்டு சுரப்பி சரியான அளவு சுரக்கும்.
இந்த உட்கட்டசானத்தில் இரண்டு நிமிடங்கள் இருந்தால் மூன்று மணி நேரம் நடை பயிற்சி மேற்கொண்டால் என்ன பலன் கிடைக்குமோ அந்த பலன் இந்த ஆசனத்தில் கிடைக்கும்.
மூட்டில் நீர் தேங்கல், வலி, வாதம் நீங்கும்.
யார் செய்யலாம்?
சிறுவர் முதல் பெரியவர் வரை உட்கட்டாசனத்தை செய்யலாம், மிகுந்த பலன் கிடைக்கும்.
யார் செய்யக்கூடாது?
மூட்டில் அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்து நான்கு மாதங்கள் முடியாத காலத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள்.
மூட்டில் அதிகமான வீக்கம் உள்ளவர்கள் செய்ய வேண்டாம்.

The #glutealmuscles are a family of powerful #muscles on the back of your #pelvis, made up of the #gluteusmaximus #gluteusminimus & #gluteusmedius - the #glutemax is the largest muscle in the body & seriously you want it to be strong. If it isn’t then smaller & weaker muscles take over which ain’t ideal. Strong glutes will help prevent #lowerbackpain & #sijointdysfunction - so peeps you need to work that butt!!!

#warrior3 dips are great - they require total focus & awareness all the way through the body & after a while you will feel the muscles working. Stretch out & release in #halflordofthefishes and don’t forget to breathe ok ✌️🙏✌️

Wild Thing pose vid to follow up from my pic a little while ago. My goal was to go slow and controlled, simply cause it felt good for the soul. The negative, though, is the end where ALL my back curvature is in the lumbar spine. You can see it's almost a straight line from the apex (low back) down to my hands. THAT is what I've been working on the past few months, and is what I've mentioned in previous posts regarding working to get more thoracic extension. Still love this pose and the name of it ;)⠀
