I wanted to share with you a few yoga poses that really help the body to detox.🙏🏽
Pose 1: This mild inversion helps drain toxins and excess mucus from the lungs and sinuses
Pose 2 (sitting) : This twist variation works the hips which I love and a twist wrings out digestive organs to help eliminate toxins.
Pose3: (squat) Working with a downward flow of energy this pose allows the release of toxins and waste and helps relieve constipation
Pose 4: The deeper stretching in this pose gets into the side torso, which opens up the chest and lungs to support the release of mucus and congestion. #cleansetime #yogalifer #detoxyoga #feelbetteralready
