Sept. 23rd - 29th we will work through the Warrior poses. #MentalHealthAwareness is our goal. Each day we will share the pose benefits, body and mind. We will share what it means to us (encouraging you as well) to be Warriors in our every day life. Please join us and invite others so we can let people know it's ok to reach out, to speak up! #endthestigma.
