|| " Balance is key. In everything you do. Dance all night long and practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear high heels on Saturday and walk barefoot on Sunday. Go shopping at the mall and then sit down and meditate in your bedroom. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are and live your authentic truth! Be brave and bold and spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence and patience and modesty and peace. Aim for balance. Make your own rules and don’t let anybody tell you how to live according to theirs. " || -- Rachel Brathen @yoga_girl
You probably can’t even see my legs in my khaki leggings 😉 Beautiful walk the other day in Epping Forest. I love being able to get into the forest or into central London so quickly and easily from where I live.
Part of being an Instagram Yogi is doing complex poses on uncomfortable/ uneven surfaces... right? 😜 although I did enjoy the scenery during this adventure and it would have been a waste not to take the opportunity to do some yoga on things! Half way through the photoshoot I think I got a bit confused about whether I was an Instagram Yogi or an Instagram Model, evident by my attempt at being seductive 💋 • • #zalaheart#sarcasm#yogaeverywhere#allpartofthejob
Build momentum inside you and let it guide you through your practice. Through plow pose interesting things might turn up with the soil, it has the possibilities to unearth hidden treasures☺️🧘🏻♀️💕 . . . .
Just be you. Go out and dance with the trees, wear a crazy outfit for no reason, sing at the top of your lungs. Confidence and authenticity aren't easy...they take time and practice just like anything else. Challenge yourself to be true to your soul.
