One of the best things in India is definitely the food and the variety of fruits and veggies you get here. And nature is really giving you all you need to have a well nourished body and a balanced mind. And you won't find that in the supermarket 😉 Do you see this green veg on the pic? It's called drumsticks. Not many people know reallt how to use it. But you basically suck it out! That simple. And it's very good for the health of the bones. Nourishing yourself with good food is part of loving and respecting yourself. It's so easy and enjoyable! Don't waste the body that was giving to you in this life!

Practicing yoga in the meditation room is easy because there are no external disturbances. But one encounters many disturbances while practicing yoga in society, which makes it very difficult. The true yogi is one who can successfully protect his mental steadiness while in society.
While studying yoga in general, and yoga philosophy in particular, it is very important to give yourself license to entertain different ideas. There is no obligation at all that you must believe or buy into the ideas presented in a text. The intention of the original philosophers was quite the contrary; it was that you would learn to think for yourself so you could experience reality as it is.
