There is no sun for 3 days already here. Everyday was raining, foggy, cloudy & cold weather. The weather was so great for sleeping & eating. Not so good to do yoga or any exercise at all. Today I feel so lazy, I look at the weather & ask myself should I go to the bed or play a game? One thought said : yes let's do that. But the second said : oh no pls do yoga!. Thank you to the second one which I already followed. I'm so happy I won over my mind. 😍

♧When the sun's rays and breeze  fall on our body.
♧The breeze and morning rays of sun eliminates the negative energy of our body.
♧Our body and mind are embraced by new positive  energy.
👉How to do a simple meditation
♧Sit very comfortably your own positionDon't feel pain when you sit for meditation
♧Try to relax your body and mind
♧Both hands to Chinmudra(your thumb and forefinger touch together make a circle other three fingers keep straight palms facing up on your knees) not necessary to Chinmudra
♧Sit with your normal inhalation and exhalation
♧Just concentrate your mind with your breath.
♧Sit minimum 5 minutes
♧Just feel the difference after 5 minute...
