Flexibilizar el cuerpo, es flexibilizar la mente.
A medida que pasan los años nuestro cuerpo va experimentando cambios tanto internos como externos, y un ejemplo de ello es qué tan flexible te conservas, qué tanto puedes estirarte.

El estado de los músculos es el que te permite desarrollar flexibilidad, por ende el sedentarismo y la poca actividad física, combinada con una nutrición pobre en nutrientes (proteínas, vitaminas, minerales), te harán el mejor candidato para perder flexibilidad corporal. *

En caso de poca actividad física, las articulaciones tienden a entumecerse y los músculos pierden su capacidad para encogerse y estirarse a la hora de realizar movimientos. Por otro lado, el exceso de actividad física también puede tener repercusiones sobre la flexibilidad del cuerpo. En ocasiones una actividad física intensa sin el debido cuidado puede generar lesiones.

Flexibilizar el cuerpo de manera consciente te ayudará a: .
⏺️Mejorar el rendimiento físico.
⏺️Reducir el riesgo de lesión.
⏺️Reducir las molestias musculares.
⏺️Mejorar tu postura habitual.
⏺️Aumento sanguíneo y de nutrientes hacia los tejidos.
⏺️Ayudar a conservar el buen estado de los músculos.

El estiramiento aumenta el suministro sanguíneo, la temperatura del tejido muscular y a su vez aumenta el transporte de nutrientes. Esto permite una mayor elasticidad alrededor de los tejidos ayudando a la mejora del rendimiento. También puede aumentar el fluido sinovial de la articulación, el cuál, es un fluido lubricante que promueve el transporte de más nutrientes hacía el cartílago de las articulaciones. Esto permite mayor rango de movimiento y reduce la degeneración de la articulación.

Los tejidos blandos en nuestro cuerpo se asocian a la manera de pensar de cada individuo. Mucho estrés y tensión, generan cansancio mental intenso. Representa rigidez y angustia sobre todo en los pensamientos y actitudes del individuo.
Que tan flexible eres? .
