Jeg glæder mig allerede til en groundende time som forbedre den naturlige nattesøvn🙏 Vi har så travlt med "at skulle eller at gøre" så det er sundt for os at sætte tempoet ned og få ro på ☺️😊 Jeg underviser denne uge:

Tuck toe Child our basic position in Asian yin yoga 💪 When I receive a new report from @yinpower in Singapore, I get on the mat, as fast as I can and try out new adjustments so I can teach them tonight in @2000happy.dk 🙏 Tonight we will de-stress the nerve system and Detox. I'm looking forward to a grounding class that improves the natural night's sleep. We're so busy with doing stuff so I believe it is healthy for us to slow down and calm down to create some balance in our life☺️

☕️T E A T I M E ☕️This was my pre-yoga set up before class with @michaeljameswong at @moveyourframe today. I'm using this book to create some new yoga sequences which is super fun! Feeling very inspired after the weekend with @sundayschoolyoga and find myself constantly in awe of all the amazing teachers around me. Constantly carrying a little notebook with me to jot down any sequences that I particularly like and seeing how to weave them into my classes too. I definitely ate too many chips though 🍟 and forgot that I was practicing so soon after eating 😂

Yoga for Stress & Anxiety is designed to assist students in managing and reducing symptoms associated with anxiety and stress. Many elements of yoga are utilized, including physical postures and movement, breath, mantra, meditation, relaxation techniques, and yogic philosophy. Various styles of yoga are practiced, including hatha, kundalini, vinyasa, gentle, yin, and restorative. Students may gain greater self-relaxation and self-calming skills, increased present moment awareness, reduced fight or flight response, restored balance in mind and body, improved nervous system regulation, increased self-compassion and acceptance, mindfulness skills, and a deeper connection to the essential self.

Yoga is my saving grace. The last 10 days have been dedicated to my sons love for horses. Today was the first time I have been on my mat in a week! Yoga is a stress management tool like no other!
