WORKSHOP ALERT! Today marks Autumn Equinox where the day and night are of equal length โ€“ marking a period of transition from Summer to Autumn, Sun to Moon, Light to Dark. From an Ayurvedic perspective, the erratic nature of Autumn provokes the winds of Vata โ€“ dry, light, cold and rough. These unpredictable winds can disturb imbalances that already may exist in the body โ€“ such as restlessness, anxiety or worry. This workshop is designed to help balance Vata imbalances through a heated flow and intention setting to carry you through the cooler months ahead. Workshop includes guided meditation and an Ayurvedic-inspired Yin/yang sequence with essential oils.
