I am still processing my shocking experience of yesterday's hike, so I started my day with a soul soothing yoga session. I dedicated my practice to my amazing Mama, and it filled my heart with pure love and joy, moreover I realised how this effects my daily mindset and actions. I couldn't be more grateful for my always caring and loving mother who was worried sick yesterday. We had a huge fight in the morning and I left angry and sad, just wanted to go into the woods to clear my head. The biggest lesson I've learned is to never leave your loved ones when things aren't right, you never know what could happen or if you'll return safe and sound.
From now on I am taking muuuch more time to really show her my love and appreciation for everything she does for me, for always putting me first, for being the best mom I could have asked for.
