Here’s a healthy and delicious shrimp avocado salad for two that tastes crazy good and is also paleo, Whole30, low-carb, and gluten-free. Loaded with the freshest ingredients: Avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro tossed with freshly squeezed lime juice and a dash of olive oil. Crazy healthy lunch!

Serves: 2
8 oz (225g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large avocado, diced
1 handful cherry tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, minced
Freshly chopped cilantro (or parsley)
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and fresh cracked pepper

waiting for the kidney diagnosis before I can go hard and exercise like I used to..so I pulled out my custom painted yoga mat and the yoga book a best friend bought me. While I was in the "corpse" pose (playing dead is my favorite lol) my thoughts flowed more freely than they have in a long time...from memories of my childhood to trying to figure out what the heck guerita means and should I be flattered or insulted by that after I googled it lol. My thoughts have been clouded and scattered so much lately it felt good to reconnect with inner clarity 💖

It’s funny how we hold ourselves back from living our truths. I knew I didn’t want to live in the northeast for seriously a decade. Yet I found different reasons, let it be love, family, job, relationships, etc. that kept me rooted there. I continually felt this need to just break the f*ck out of there but never quite fully committed to it.
It feels undeniably good to finally be living my truth and having stepped into my power. My weather app today told me it was supposed to snow in Vermont and I burst into laughter ... how the f*ck did I last there so long?! No clue. I’m grateful for my beloved friends there and all I learned but oh sweet mama universe, THANK YOU for pushing me on my way 🙏🏻💞🌴☀️ •

Day 7: Floating Camel Pose
Alright, alright... I hope you all have some strength saved up, ‘cause you’re going to need it! #myquadsareonfire Tomorrow’s pose is wicked tricky! 🧐🤔🤓 Floating Camel always feels so strange to me because my legs are so long and I basically have no torso. Lol I feel like my knees are surely WAY off of the ground, and then...they’re not. Haha This pose sets my quads on absolute fire though, and I always appreciate a extra leg workout. 🙌🏻🔥 My best advice would be strong arms! Push through the heels of your hands and keep your arms engaged. 💪🏻 And go slow af. Like me. 💁🏻‍♀️🐌 Feel free to take a camel variation if you don’t feel like floating, but I recommend trying this one out! You might be pleasantly surprised and find some awesome balance! 🤗 Have fun, and check in with my girls for inspiration!
