BUMBUM BOOSTER✨ lately, i’ve just been LOVINGGG ❤️ booty werk.. yes. That’s “booty” “WERK”. Because.. I️T WORKS. Today a friend was really surprised when i told her she could tone up in two short weeks (she has a fancy event to attend) but IT IS TRUE. Combine a couple different basic booty moves like this and do them every single day- this took me about 10 mins to do 3 rounds / 10 reps each exercise.
1️⃣ donkey kicks x 10
2️⃣ straight leg kicks x 10
3️⃣ circles x 10
So, i go through all exercises on one side, this really helps to target my glutes, then i repeat on other side. Then, i usually push back into a child’s pose, wiggle my hips side to side and assure myself bubbly is the new black. Did that make sense? I️t did for like five seconds in my head 🤷🏼♀️ //
