▫️from the top of the IT band to the top of the rib cage a nice side bend where the spine is worked in a lateral extension ▫️depending how deep you side bend in bananasana you may get a stretch all the way up into the armpit ▫️Meridian lines stimulated is the gall bladder. When gall bladder is out of balance emotions of anger, irritability, anger, frustration, resentment, jealousy and envy are prominent. Yin yoga can help release these strong emotions from your tissues bringing back balance emotionally allowing the energy to flow through the body leading to more positive outlook.
