Day 13 and 15 of the #powerfullycreative tarot challenge by @purefield.healing… where is my creativity blocked and how can I remove the blockage?
For Day 13 - where is my creativity blocked? For this question, I pulled the Six of Cups. This is a card that shows that above the surface everything may look calm and growing just fine but the real story lies beneath the surface, where the roots are messy and bursting with energy. In many decks, this is a card that harkens to childhood, the foundation or roots of who we are; where we develop our character. Often when I create I feel like I am not going deep enough. Like perhaps what I create is too shallow. I feel like if I can truly tap into the deepest part of my roots, where I am most vulnerable, I can create with more depth.
For Day 15 - how can I remove the blockage? For this I drew the Six of Wands. This card, with the free butterfly, is spreadign its wings and rising above the tangled wands below. The butterfly is rising without inhibition, showing it's true colours. While we can get caught up in seeking approval from others and doing what you think others will enjoy, sometimes the best way to break free is to find an internal sense of self-approval without need for permission or external approval. Tapping into intuition, intrinsically knowing what needs to be done and trusting that process is the best way to break free.
