➡️Rinse the spinach, let it boil in water by covering the container with lid.
➡️Strain once done. Make the smooth paste by grinding it.
➡️Heat olive oil from @oleevoil in a pan..Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds & bay leaf.
➡️Add finely chopped onion, saute till golden brown.. add Ginger, garlic (optional) paste Ginger, chilli, garlic paste.
➡️Add fresh tomato puree, spices (salt, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder). Mix well. Add spinach puree, stir well. Let it boil..
➡️Add water as per requirement. Once gravy thickens add garam masala.
➡️Add shallow fried paneer cubes in gravy. Stir gently, add fresh cream (optional).
➡️At the time of serving add butter or extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
✔️People who don't use dairy products, can use tofu.
✔️Its totally your choice to fry Paneer/tofu or not.
✔️Onion, garlic can be avoided if u don't like.
