As y'all know I have been in a ton of pain lately so I have been going between doing yoga and when I'm feeling up to it the 21 day fix. So I wanted to tell you about something that has been a game changer for me!
The All Access Pass!
Basically it's the Netflix of workouts!
🌿There's hundreds of workout programs to choose from! Which means I can go according to my level of pain and pick which workout will be less demanding on certain days! 🌿I can workout in the comfort of my own home. 🌿I can workout at whatever time of day/night I want! 🌿No paying a ton of money for a monthly gym membership! 🌿I get a food channel and clean recipes(who doesn't love food 😜) 🌿I get access to brand new programs coming out this year!
Now don't get me wrong I challenge myself on my good days & even on some not so good days but with a chronic illness I need to listen to my body and take it easy at times. 👊
Honestly though, I'm not sure what I would do if I didn't work out! These workouts have helped me manage my pain at times and they have helped my anxiety and depression!
Moving around helps me to not tense up and make it worse.
These programs are life savers and I wanted to share them with y'all!
